Since my last listing, I have increased my score from a HR to an E, left the 2 Millionaires group, and lowered the listed loan amount. Please let me know if you have any questions... ABOUT ME: I am a 32 year old, married, full time working mother of two wonderful children. My son, 5 and my daughter, 10 months (who happened to be the ?New Years Baby? and just won the ?Cutest Baby Contest? in our little town. WHY I AM REQUESTING THIS LOAN: I work as a Paralegal/Grant Manager for a non-profit Domestic Violence shelter. I run the legal office which allows victims to receive free legal services. We are a fairly new organization (3 years) and on June 31, 2006 our two year grant funding expired. We were sure we would get our continuation funding that starts July 1, 2006 (which would make no lapse in funding), but it just was a matter of when it would be distributed. Dealing with the Federal Gov. Dept.of Justice, can be at times...challenging to say the least. We waited to get our funds, and waited and waited some more. We were given the option mid-July to be laid off or work for "free" until the funding arrived. I COULD NOT leave my clients, I stayed without thinking twice. During that time I lived off of check loans and my CCs. My husband?s paycheck went to extending the loans and paying as many bills as we could. We finally were funded last month, and the shelter will thrive into the future. I took my back pay and paid as many bills as possible, but I am still living with a vicious cycle of payday loans that I do not have the money all at once to pay off. This loan would enable me to pay off these loans, pay down my CCs and have plenty of money left over to pay this payment and have a great Christmas for my kids. EXPLANATION OF HR CREDIT: Public Records: A chapter 7 bankruptcy discharged in 9/2003 (mostly medical) and a judgment for a dental bill, of which I have stipulated to with the attorney to pay $100.00 a month until paid off ($900.00 already paid, $1000.00 more to go). CREDIT LINES/DELINQENCIES: I have 22 credit lines, only a few with issues, please see my borrower page for detailed info. MY INCOME AND EXPENSES: My pay (net) every 2 weeks: $1085.00 My husbands pay (net) 2x a month: varies from $1300.00 to $1500.00. This income was not counted in my DTI, as I did not know I could include it.SO my DTI is more like 15% or so Total net monthly income: $4770.00 (low end) Expenses/Debts: House $469 Car $366 Loan on 4 wheeler $267 Daycare $440 Phone $60 Food $350 Credit Cards (4) $400 Propane $150 Insurance (car) $150 Power $50 Misc. $250 Collection account $100(as explained above) Check Loans $4550.00 total, $1688.00 Just to EXTEND (see detailed info in my personal borrower information) Total monthly expenses: $3052, $4740 with PD loan fees, leaving me with a big $30.00 (if I?m lucky) I would also like to pay down my active CC's. If I can get out from under these payday loans I would easily have enough left over to make all my payments on time and pay OFF the CC in the next few months and then SHRED them!!!! As you can see, I worked for 3 months without pay, which was approx. $8700.00, in which time I took out those pesky payday loans. By paying them off with this loan, I would have an additional $1400.00(after paying this loan) a month to put into our 401K and my kids college savings accounts. My husband and I both have stable jobs, I WILL pay this loan. My ultimate goal is to improve my credit rating and eventually build us a ne |
