My name is Casey and on December 15th I will graduate from Texas A&M University with a BS in Civil Engineering. I have accepted a job in McKinney, Texas with a civil engineering firm.

I am requesting a loan to help with moving expenses, such as first/last month?s rent, utility deposits, and some basic furniture.

Following is a list of my expenses:

$1,000 Rent & Utilities (estimated)

$100 Car Insurance (I own my car, will rent an apartment about 10 miles from work)

$50 Phone

$300-400 Student Loans - starting in 6 months

$50 Credit Card Minimums ($2,000 total balances)

$300 Monthly spending for groceries, gas, etc.

$1900 Total

I have been offered a base pay of $44,000 per year, with paid medical insurance and company contributions to an IRA account. While I do not know precisely what my net pay will be, I expect it to be in the area of $2,500-2,800 per month.

I am an HR - but if you look further it is not due to poor payment history. I have no DQ?s or PR?s. I have multiple student loans which are not yet due, so these do not reflect any payment history (good or bad). I have several credit cards with balances, but due to low limits my utilization is high. These obligations are reflected in my budget, and I expect to be able to pay extra toward my credit cards to be able to pay them off once I am settled.

I believe myself to be a good credit risk - I have my future in front of me, and will do everything within my capabilities to preserve my good payment history.
