Thank you for taking the time to consider my loan application.  Allow me to introduce a little about myself and my dream.

Personal:
I am a Washington native.  I have a love for my islands and my community, of hikes and boating, the arts and the thrill of creativity.  I enjoy both reading and writing fiction and non-fiction, illustration and music.  Family is very important to me and I live close to my parents, grandparents and one aunt and uncle in the same island town; my older brothers live only two hours away.  It is my desire to make the most of myself, my creativity and my family, and that has influenced me into business.  By following my dream I find I am already inspiring them.  My credit score is excellent and my debt to income ratio is zero.  I hold a license in real estate and work full time for a government contractor creating educational software graphics.

Relentless Publishing, LLC:
I launched my company in 2005 with expert guidance from Heartland Publishing Services, who I retain as consultant.  I established the business through a legal firm who I also keep on retainer; this was not a blind decision.  We have conducted our research on the product line and the industry and I have already paid 100% of my business startup costs in cash, including my first run of advertising.  All of my contracted illustrators have been paid in full, three websites are launched and running.  Upon request, I can submit a 26 page business report in PDF format to illustrate my market research, profitability projections and any other details you may require.

The loan:
In seeking to launch my business I had to choose between the purchase of my first home or the business itself.  I chose the dream over the house.  I am seeking a $25,000 loan on Prosper due to a lack of collateral.  This money will be used to pay for my first production run and its distribution, as well as further advertising and the preparation of my second product.

Repayment:
In the best case scenario the loan can be repaid within the first year from sales.  In a worst case scenario (I don't sell a single unit, but I get to say "I gave it my best!") I will be able to pay back my loan at a rate of up to $1,000 per month due to my full time income and complete lack of debt.

Thank you again for your time and consideration.  Please feel free to visit my websites to get a glimpse of a dream that is on the verge of reality.
