To begin: with Dan,(my husband), and I moved to Michigan soon after our lovely wedding in April.  Dan's mother is getting on in years and could use a little looking after from time to time.  After being recruited by at least a 100 nursing recruiters,(The world needs MORE nurses!),  I took a position with Spetrum Health Systems in Grand Rapids MI, in their Neuro Science department.  We rented an apartment, (lousy landlord), and then dicided to buy a house...
...Well and good, from the beginning of our relationship we started on repairing my credit,,,slowly, step by step my credit report began to rise...  In October my husband found a beautiful turn of the century Arts and Crafts-ish house in a nice neighborhood.  We talked to the band,,,found out that if my score came up just a few more points,(584 up 600) to we could get a loan we could get a loan with a 5%downpayment!  At that time we were also told that a median score of 639 we could get a loan with 0% downpayment, with a 6% interest rate,,,(sounded even better to us!).   SO more work on the credit score,,,and all of a sudden one day (November 1), I see that my credit has jumped to an amazing 650!!!  My median score was now three points higher than needed to get a  0% down payment!!!,,,In short we applied for the loan, thinking that we were in the clear, but Geuss what, we did get the loan,,,but there is a different score.  My husband and I just found out that there is TWO different credit scores, a Consumers, and a Buisness!  On our Business report my score while high enough to get a loan, (590), it is not as I thought high enough for a 0% downpayment, though the 5% is still a loan, we are a little short of the downpayment.,,,

,,,We, I am hoping to borrow $1500 to cover the downpayment.  The house that we are purchasing for 75.000, (which includes all closing costs, insurance, etc,,,), is appraised for 95.000.  We would even save money,(rent is 650 amonth, and payment would be 577.00).
Please help us, with this loan it would make a world of difference to us to buy this/live in this house!

   Once again, THANK YOU!!!!

      Yours truley J.Maria, and Daniel
