1. I want to add to my investments in Prosper borrowers in a more serious way.   I currently have 7 loans on the books.
2. Second, my group leader is having a contest, and I?d like to win $100 for being the first loan to close before Christmas.

I have a degree in Finance from the and currently manage the $900 million investment portfolio of a large County in .
The listed DTI ratio, while computed correctly, does not take into account the following:

1. Most of the Credit Card debt is arbitraged at rates from 0%-5.25%

The investment/arbitrage account balance totals 37,500 give or take $1,000.  Monthly returns range conservatively between 1.0 and 1.7%.  All payments  are covered by the income from the arbitrage account.  If you consider the arbitrage earnings offset, my DTI is ZERO.   In addition to the arbitrage account I have an IRA w/ a balance of $83,000.
