Hi, Thank you for taking the time to look at my proposal. My last listing just ended with 84% of my loan funded. This gives me great hope of collecting enough funds to get my loan this time around. I would like to thank everyone of the lenders who bid on my listing and for putting your trust in me! I am 24yrs old and the mother of a 3mo. old son, Aidan. You can view his picture at the top of this listing. I currently work selling the Dish Network. My hobbies include learning more about finances and investing, as well as painting portraits. I am currently taking classes to acquire my Real Estate license. Why do I have bad credit? I messed up my credit before I even knew what credit was or why it is so important. Between the ages of 18 &20 I became delinquent on a short term student loan, my apartment rent and some utilities along with other minor glitches on my credit history. I have never had a credit card or car loan, and have paid everything in cash so I have not built up any good credit history at all. I work a full time job making $8/hr + Commission and work about 15-20 hrs of overtime every week to make time and a half. Gross income $2296 (This numder does not include the commission I make) Net Income $1897 Rent $400 Food $200 Electricity $ 40 Gas for car $120 Other expenses $200 Left over for loan payment$937 I also use my residual income to pay a portion of one of my debts each month, which I will continue to do even after I receive this loan. I plan to pay off my loan in full with my income tax return so I can prove to the prosper community that I am trustworthy. I have learned the importance of good credit trough working in car sales at the age of 21 and working in a Real Estate office at the age of 22. I am determined to be a success! I have set many goals for which I need good credit. These include buying rental properties and purchasing a home of my own. I would also love to become a prosper.com lender in the near future (it is fun to help people out) I have a strong desire to be successful and live off my cash flow.
