This is my second listing. I'm reducing the amount and raising the percentage a point. I'm just trying to reduce some credit card debt. My wife and I are recently married. This is the second marriage for us both. The divorces we went through and the subsequent bills that accumulated hurt our credit and forced us to pile onto credit cards. With the sale of my house (I moved in with her) and the fact that we are both employed in great jobs has put us in a position to pay these down. I am hoping to do it faster by getting a loan that is less than these giant credit card rates.
