 I'm requesting a loan for $3,000 which is for a$4,000Legal fee.
The lawyer requested $3000 deposit ,and is willing to take payments of $ 50 a month on the remaining balance.

 I made the agreement with the lawyer for that amount as he was asking for more then half down, also figuring it would build an account and trust with the firm, in case i ever decide to use them in the future. As well as possible credit on my record. 

 My monthly income after taxes is $3100 here is a detail of my bills:

  $800.00 Rent Payment 
  $400.00 Food 
  $400.00 for Gas/Elec/Phone/Cable/Internet 
  $250.00 AutoInsurance/Gasoline total =$1850.00  Showing im more then able to make my payments on time.

 With  $50 payment included =$1900 Again showing that im still willing and able to payments on time.

 I own my vechicles, and wouldnt be able to get loans on them as they are over 5 yrs of age.

 Also included is an up to date copy of my credit pull,Proof that my 3 Dq's are not true and are being removed. (Look in Profile for Link)

 In short: I'm a 32yr old father of 5. My daughter was abused by her step dad and I'm being asked to step forward for full custody of my daughter. I am seeking legal council,thus the title.  Please bid and assist me in helping my daughter..
