I am a surrogate mother and currently working on my second surrogacy for a wonderful couple that have twins in their future!! I have held a position with a surrogacy agency as a Trust Account Administrator and a Case Coordinator for a year now. I love it, I went to school to be an Accountant and after joining the surrogate world I couldn't imagine working in any other field. I deal with amazing people who have been through a lot and to bring them the joy of parenthood that they long for is more than words can express. I have two little ones of my own and one-day hope to have more. After working as the Trust Account Administrator for my employer I have decided to open my own Trust Account Agency specializing in Surrogacy and Egg Donation Arrangements. Trust Accounts are required when using an Agency for a Surrogacy or Egg Donation Arrangement to ensure the couple has the entire amount required for the process. Trust accounts are also used by couples in Private Arrangements (not going through an Agency) for the same security that the couple has all funds needed for the process and so that the fertility assistant doesn?t end up getting away with money she is not entitled to. I am requesting this loan in order to pay my business startup costs, which include Bonding (Insurance), Marketing, Office Furniture and supplies as well as computer equipment and software. I currently already have a contract with an Agency that refers their clients to me to handle their Trust Accounts and am doing as much marketing as possible out of my own pocket to secure more. My credit reflects an E rating, but should be much better than that. My credit score/grade has gone down due to applying for a loan to fund these business expenses. I have never been delinquent in my 8 years of credit history, and have owned and sold a home. I also have an extra $30,000 that Prosper does not included in my Debt to Income ratio. This $30,000 comes from my current surrogacy and is paid to me in equal monthly increments. My current debt comes from being a student and putting myself through college which will all be paid with my surrogacy money, just leaving me with my car payment and regular monthly bills. I will continue to work for my employer on a regular basis and will be able to repay the loan amount even if my company does not bring in enough income at first. I am very passionate about the work that I do on every level, giving couples the opportunity to have children when otherwise they could not I feel is the best gift anyone can give. I do not leave my desk in the evening until it is clear of any loose ends and that is also how I treat my expenses they are paid before anything else.
