I want to do a test run as a borrower before I become a lender. The loan will be used to pay off a credit card and free up more money to invest in Prosper. My wife and I have an income of 2800.00 per month after taxes, our bills come to 1300.00 per month. That leaves a positive cash flow of 1500.00 per mt. My dept to income ratio is wrong, it does not include both of our incomes. We are both retired and look forward to helping families get out of dept. Thank you |
