ABOUT ME: Hello my name is Mike [LAST NAME DELETED]. I am a 30 year old male seeking to improve my credit rating through the issuance of several small loans over a period of several years. EXPLANATION OF NO CREDIT: The reason for my lack of credit is due to a reliance on my brothers good credit rather than building my own credit. I have paid off two cars under my brothers credit and am currently paying off a car repair loan under my brothers credit as well. None of these payments have ever been late and had I have made these to my own credit rather than there's I would have AA credit now. Regardless of what my score may imply I am a very reliable person as my brothers would attest. Any potential lenders need not worry as I would live in a box prior to making a payment late. WHAT I WILL DO WITH THE MONEY LOANED TO ME: I will use 417.00 to pay off the car repair bill in my brothers name I will also use 225.00 to pay off the only two bad marks on my credit. The rest will be put into a savings accounts for emergencies that may arise in the future. The interest gained on said money I intend to reinvest as a lender on prosper. MY MONTHLY EXPENSES ARE AS FOLLOWS: Net income after taxes= 1000.00 I work as a server and this does not reflect the paycheck I get bi-weekly that varies greatly. I live with my brother in the big city so it is cheaper for us to live together and we split all bills 50/50 my half is 600.00 a month. Gas=25.00 a month I live a 1/4 mile from work. Food= 150.00 a month Insurance= 72.00 a month TOTAL MONTHLY EXPENSES= 847.00 LEFT TO PAY PROSPER LOAN= 153.00 *NOTE* This is a ruff estimate of my monthly income due to the fact that I am a server by trade my income does fluctuate the 1000.00 outlined above is the bare minimum that I make for any given month.
