This loan request is to purchase a 47-passenger tour bus.  My partner and I will begin with weekend casino runs.  One casino has already offered us a package plan to pay 150% of the cost of the round trip to bring the guests to their casino plus offer each passenger a gift package. We have several local groups already interested in booking the tour bus.  My partner and I have agreed to waive salaries until the bus is paid in full.  Our goal is to save all of our net profits for future full-time conversion.

To address the single "delinquency" listed, it was a fraudulent charge by a local heating repair company.  Basically, the owner of the company told me that they could not fix my heater and tried to sell me a new one for $1,500.  I told him, "no thank you" and hung up the phone.  A few weeks later I received a bill for $49 for a "consultation" on my heater repair.  I refused to pay for NOT fixing my heater and he turned it over to collections.

The public record was a tax lien from the Louisiana Parish where my old business was located. Louisiana automatically assesses $200 of sales tax if you have no sales. This was for sales taxes assessed the month after I closed the business. Since my office was closed, I was no longer getting business mail. As soon as I found out that there was a lien, I paid it. It was only $224 with fees. But the public record stays on my report for 10 years.

$739.73  Mortgage (includes escrow for insurance and taxes)

$ 30.00  Flying club dues
$285.00  CC Payments  (Actual minimum payments are below $200)
$300.00  Flying  (Will be less after getting the bus)
$500.00  Food

$3374.44  Total

Income:  Bare minimum take-home pay is $4,500 per month.  Actual is over $6,000 with overtime and bonuses.  I manage a high-volume truckstop and my wife is a department manager for Wal-Mart.  My wife and I do blow a lot of our disposable income.  We have decided to cut back on our spending and pay off all of the credit cards except the ones with 0% interest.  I have not included my business income or expense as I do not currently take a salary from the business.

DTI is overstated slightly.  I co-signed for my daughter to get a new car when she returned home from National Guard training.  Her credit was too new to qualify.  I do pay her car insurance.  I made a deal with her?as long as she stays in college?I'd pay her insurance.  I'm not worried about her car payment because her and her new husband are both in the National Guard and he is a Deputy Sheriff, very secure jobs.

Please review my profile for more details.  I believe you'll see that you can trust this loan request.
