About me:  I am 38 and live I in CA. I have been employed with the same company for 19 years.

Why I'm requesting the loan: I am requesting this loan in order to pay off some of my high balance credit card debt and a cash call loan. Initially, my list amount was $25,000 with a 23.55% interest rate. I have lowered the amount to $17,000 at a 27% interest rate. My debt to income ratio says 61%. My debt to income ratio per my credit info is 46%. My goal is to lower my debt to income ratio, work towards becoming a first time homeowner and obtain my certification for Notary loan signing in order to build up my Notary business. Also, my mother was diagnosed with cancer a year ago and may need to have surgery and I want to be in a position to go and be with her. In addition, an unfortunate situation happened this year and I was scammed out of $7500 ($5000 Cash Call loan, plus interest and $1800 of my own money) by a so-called friend. I obtained the loan from Cash Call to invest in some property with the friend but instead was scammed. Now, I?m paying for a loan I have nothing to show for and have been placed in a financial bind because of it. I was going to use the money from the sale of the property to pay off my bills and purchase a home of my own.

The debt I want to pay off with this loan is:
Chase                                     $7000 (monthly payment $200)
Bank of America amount owed  $4000 (monthly payment $200)
Cash Call                                $5000 (monthly payment $251)

All the accounts are current. The loan would be paid off in 3 years. My monthly income is $4534.22 ($54,410.68 annually). Rent $995, car note $485, car insurance $98 and life insurance for my mother and me $155. This is an additional $1733.

I want to get out the financial rut that I am in and would very much appreciate you considering becoming a lender to fund my loan. If the loan is funded, I will have no problem making the monthly payment and it will be paid off in 3 years if not sooner.

Thank you for reviewing my listing and being a lender.
