Hello! My name is Chad and I am a Real Estate Investor. I have a couple of properties under contract that I need to purchase. I need to be able to consildate my debt in order to accomplish this. Consolidating my debt will improve my credit scores which is my main goal. I have never had a late payment and I always repay my debts. This will be very a low risk investment as I will only need the funds until March of 2007. My goal is to be able to take care of my family and become financially independant so that I can spend more time with my family. This loan would certailnly help me to accomplish this goal and Real Estate Investing is the vehicle that can get me there. I am an experienced investor.
