First I want to thank all the lenders who bid on my previous listing; I was 62% funded; but still came up too short.  Well, they say 3rd time is a charm!! I have lowered my loan amount in hope that lenders will see my sincere desire to pay off some debt and get my other business up and running.   

Reason for Loan: 1) I would like to pay off the only credit card that I have & also my remaining balance with Fingerhut  to raise my fico score so I can refinance my car loan for a better interest rate and lower monthly payment.    - $700

2) The main reason for this loan is to take my career goals to the next step to invest in a business I want to start.  This loan would allow me to purchase the licensing for the software for the business along with training to get my business off the ground. - $3,000  ($2000 software, $700 training, $300 misc office items)

Bad Credit:  My last listing I was HR; my credit has improved since then to a D.  I have worked hard to re-establish my credit not only by paying my bills, adding new credit lines that have remained in good standing but also consistently monitoring it.  

In 2001 I filed a chapter 7 bankruptcy due to my income not being enough to cover my monthly bills and also to pay back my debt owed.  That time in my life I was struggling not only financially; but mentally with being a single mother trying to survive on an income of barley $23,000 a year and receiving only $256 for child support and no additional aid or funding from government or otherwise. 

I have had one negative item on my credit since my bankruptcy in 2001. This bill was something I honestly do not remember incurring; I offer no excuse for the unpaid bill; but as soon as it appeared on my credit report; I paid it in full.

Income:  Full-time Employment: I have a net income of $2133 (after my taxes, medical premiums, 401K, and Medical Spending Account deductions) with a gross income of $43,000 per year.   

Child Support:  I receive $510.32 and this is automatically wired into my personal bank account.  

Notary of Arizona Website (www.notaryofarizona.com) ? I maintain a website that allows mobile signing agent/notaries to advertise there services on my website for a fee.  I also organize quarterly networking meetings that Arizona notaries attend for a fee.  I have earned $2,307.56 since the website went live on June of this year & after fees I pay out to my web developer & PayPal my profit to date has been $1,600.53.  That gives an average income of $320 monthly income.
