I am 36 years old single Father and I have 1 daughter who is 15 years old. I work for a manufacturing company and have been there for 3 years. I would get a second job, but right now I am working 12hr. days and my daughter needs me at home during the night.

About 5 years ago I was injured while working for a roofing company. I fell through a roof and was seriously injured. My employer did not have any Workman?s Comp insurance to cover this and refused to pay out of pocket. I took him to court and the judge found in his favor he stated all employees were sub contracted even though pay check came directly from his company with taxes taken out. I had $35,000 plus in medical expenses from this the agreement the hospital offered would have taken over 50% of my paycheck a week.

I do not understand the HR should be E Equifax 562 Experian 568

It list 9 DLQ's on my Prosper listing, but I can only find 5 that are not paid in full and that includes 1 that was included in my bankruptcy.

The credit inquiries are from purchasing my car. I did not realize that I would get so many hits from applying at different dealerships.

WHAT I WILL DO WITH THE MONEY LOANED TO ME:  $981 will go to pay off credit cards and $500 will go to pay off Pay Day Loan. The remainder of the loan $1,019 will go to pay off my portion of recent medical bills on my credit that I am not disputing. That will lower my monthly payment commitments on credit cards and loans to $345 from $615 and will leave me sufficient to pay back my Prosper loan.
