Last year I bought a new house as a rental property, and found a wonderful family to lease it long-term. They'd like to live there for 4 or 5 years, then custom build out on their lakefront property. I had some unexpected medical expenses this past year, and also moved my personal residence, which is now making it a bit more difficult to pay the property taxes which are due in January. I'm a responsible executive in the franchise industry, currently working on a new franchise prototype which is an English As A Second Language School. Thanks for your interest in the success of my rental property!
