ABOUT ME:
I am a 29 year old professional women. I am the proud the parent of a 7 year old son. I am also a college graduate. I have been with my current employer for a little over 2 years. I am an HRIS Administrator, and I love my job. Since I am a big people person, Human Resources is my calling.

EXPLANATION OF BAD CREDIT:
When in college and everything is pretty much spoon fed to you, I worried very little about my credit. I could not pay a credit card, oh well. I would say, "I'll do better with the next one," but it is hard to pay when you don't have a full time job. Now I am older and have purchased my first car and would soon love to buy a home so my son will have a backyard to play in, and I am running into credit problems. There is no excuse for where I am, I was careless with my credit. Recently, I had to get a new car because my clonker broke down unexpectantly, and I had so much trouble with the loan. I had to come up with a down payment, and that is also why I have a couple of recent late payments. Now that I have gotten the car note and insurance under my belt I am trying to get all accounts back into a positive standing.

WHAT I WILL DO WITH THE MONEY LOANED TO ME:
When I finally had to come to grips with my credit situation, I realized that most of my  bad debt is a compilation of small bills. All of this money will be used to pay off this small debt and help get my current accounts in good standing. My goal is to improve my credit score because I pay $775 dollars a month for an apartment I don't like living in and I will never see any return on this money. I really want to get into a house, and I can't with my current credit rating.

HERE ARE MY MONTHLY FINANCIAL DETAILS:
Net income after payroll deductions from all sources: $2600
Mortgage/Rent: $ 725 (Electricity is included in rent)
Phone (home and mobile): $100
Gas & Water: $50
Car Loan and Operating Expenses: $340
Car Insurance: $107
Food: $ 250
Cable/Internet: $57 (cable)
Daycare: $250

Total Monthly Expenses : $1879

I will have $721 left to make the payments on my Prosper loan.

Ending Statement: I just want all to know that I am really serious about turning my credit around, and this money will be a great help in getting this done. I really want to move my son into a house that is ours.  Please take all I have entered and stated into consideration.

Thank you,Tiffany.
