Hello!! This loan is to bring my accounts up to date and consolidate some debts. I run a daycare in my home 6 days a week. My husband and I are looking to start a new business selling quality used childrens and maternity items that will be purchased within the community. We plan on opening this coming spring. We are trying to tie up loose ends now so that we may enter into our new business as unencumbered as possible. We will keep the Daycare as it is until the Store is up and running profitably, then cut back on the number of children in the daycare so no additional employees are required. We will have the money to start up our business sometime around Christmas. My mother-in-law is waiting to receive funds as a beneficiary after the death of her significant other and will be investing $35,000.00 in the start up of our new business. I have provided a copy of the business plan to the group leader. The total money required for start up of the Store is $37,136.00. However, we have already purchased most of the store fixtures and at least half of the start up inventory. Bringing our total still needed to approximately $35,000.00. I just gave birth to a baby boy after a high risk pregnancy. Due to several hospitalizations, we have fallen behind in 2 of our obligations which are showing as delinquencies. We are currently making payments but are not able to catch up on all the past due amounts. With this loan we plan to pay these off as well as several other bills to consolidate our monthly payments. Monthly Budget Income: Daycare.......................$3637 SSI ............................. $603 ...................................$4240 Expenses: Rent/Mtg........................$1520 Credit Cards.................. .$200 Clothing.......................... .$40 Food.............................. .$500 Utilities....................... .....$278 Car................................ .$500 Insurance........................ .$250 Cable/Internet/Phones..... .$314 Garbage....................... ....$45 Medical..................... .......$75 Misc. (diapers,etc.). ..........$80 Other loans.......... ............$200 Gas................... ..............$100 .......................................$4102 Remaining Balance: $240 (before consolidating) Prosper Loan: $154 The payments that we will be consolidating equal $475 in current monthly payments. Our Prosper loan payment is estimated at $154, saving us approximately $321 per month and saving any further damage to our credit. We are looking forward to clearing up our finances and opening our new business. Thank you for your consideration. |
