ABOUT ME I am a 28 year old single mother of a six year old little girl. I have been working full time for a one of the top Commercial Insurance companies in the US for over four years. EXPLANATION OF CREDIT At that time of my pregnancy I was working from 3:30 - midnight. Unfortunately, when I was ready to return to work I was unable to get a normal day shift and therefore could not find childcare. So at that point I became unemployed and I was paying just the "essential" bills. I stopped paying all of my credit cards because I didn't have the money, and everything went to collections. LOAN USE: Derogatory Accounts: Crossing Pointe: $235.00 First Premier: $481.00 Seventh Ave: $255.00 Aspire Visa: $209.00 Total: $1180.00 I did not have any open accounts, so several months ago I applied for a few credit cards. Unfortunately, these cards came with a lot of upfront fees, so by the time I received them, the balances were already over $200.00. Since I have lowered my requested amount, I will work on paying these down on my own. Card1 - Limit $300, Balance $253 Card2 - Limit $250, Balance $234 Card3 - Limit $300, Balance $247 Card4 - Limit - $300, Balance $276 Card5 - Limit $300, Balance $291 MONTHLY FINANCES: Monthly take-home $1790 Rent $240 Heat/Electric $75 Cable $65 Phones (cell & home) $95 Child Care $205 Groceries $250 Gas $60 Car Insurance $40 Student Loan $176 Credit Cards $150 Total - $1355 Leftover - $435 That will leave me more than enough to pay my prosper loan every month (the payment would be $41.60), In closing, I just want to thank everyone for taking the time to read this, and thank anyone who can find it in their heart to help me out with a loan. Raising my credit scores and getting rid of these old debts is of the utmost importance to me. I will make it my first priority every month to make sure my Prosper loan is paid. Then, this spring I hope to finally buy my first home and start lending to others here on Prosper! |
