Introduction My third listing in seeking a successful outcome. I graduated with my B.S. in Electrical Engineering. I presently work as a Chemical Engineer at a University. I?m preparing to attend law school next Fall 2007 with an incentive, tuition free. Also, I?m a Real Estate Investor, part-time. Purpose of Loan Request Start eliminating a little at a time the debt on my credit report. My goal is to pay off the smaller debt first with the prosper loan. I will pay off the prosper loan ahead of time to prove my worthiness to all lenders. This is my overall plan of getting out of debt. Also, a small portion of the loan will go to taking a course that is very essential for my real estate investment business. Repayment Ability My salary is about $39,000. My additional potential income includes my real estate investment business (buying and selling homes). Which will satisfy more than enough to payoff my loan ahead of time. The following is a list of my monthly expenses: Rent: $925 Car Payment: $0 Car Insurance: $92 Cable/High Speed Internet: $105 Gas/Electric: $45 Phone: $39 Gas: $30 Student Loan: $83 Total: $1319 My Strategy For Getting Out Of Debt: 1) Payoff smaller amounts of debt first with Prosper Loan 2) Become worthy to the lenders by paying off the loan ahead of time. 3) Reapply after first loan to finish paying off the remainder of my debt. 4) By getting a loan with prosper will help steadily increase my credit rating on a personal and business level. 5) To expand my business by investing in commercial real estate and merging my law degree with my business. Credit I like many others have had my share of bad credit. Now that I am much older and wiser rest assured my Desire to Get Out of Debt is GREATER than my desire to get back into debt. With that said, my law career and business depends a great deal on having good credit. I am very motivated and aggressive at putting my life back into prospective. I am very determined at achieving my goals and becoming financially free and independent! I will definitely pay it forward by becoming a lender in the near future. Thank you considerably |
