I am a single 29 year old first time home owner looking to landscape my backyard. I have a relatively small house (1200 sq. ft.) and don't have much room for entertaining guests. I love to bbq, entertain my family and friends, and enjoy spending time outdoors during the Spring and Summer months. I live in Sacramento and all of my close family and friends still reside in the San Francisco Bay Area. Therefore, when they do come to visit, I cherish the time we have to spend together. Having more space would allow me to have all of my friends and family over at once. An outdoor space with an area of grass and a small patio for a bbq, table and chairs would help tremendously. I would like to have this area completed before the end of Spring early Summer so I can enjoy company and the weather in my new space as much as possible. Once I have this space complete, the party is at my house!!
