The debt to income ratio does not include my wifes income of $54,000 per year. I make about $49,000 per year and get paid via direct deposit every other Wed. My next payday is 4/26/06. My wife also gets paid every other Friday. I need the loan to hook our septic tank to the city sewer. I have paid the easement of $1200.00 now just have to have it hooked up. Also I checked my credit score and it was had a range of C grade not a D??? |
