I'm looking to borrow capital to complete this rehab property in Ohio. I want to complete the kitchen & bathroom with ceramic tile, new carpet, new sink and toilet, ceiling fans, light fixtures and recess lighting, roof repair, etc. I know it seems like alot but to a person that does rehabs, these upgrade are very common. I already have an ARV(after repairs value) appraisal done, if needed it states the property is worth $45,000 and I carry a mortgage on this property of 12,800. Once started this project can be completed in the next 3 to 4 weeks.
