I am 25 years old, single and recently relocated back from the Chicago suburbs back to Wisconsin. I am currently residing with one of my friends and his parents in New London, WI. I am a young professional currently working 40 hours a week at West Business Services handling customer care calls for Braun and Gillette products. As for my current delinquent accounts, I filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy while living in Chicago, as I was not financially prepared for the cost of living after relocating from Wisconsin. I have already completed the Meeting of Creditors back on September 25, 2006, and should be receiving my Discharge papers within the next 30 ? 45 days, and all of these past accounts will no longer be of any obligation to me. As stated before, the delinquencies occurred due to me not being financially prepared when I moved down to Chicago. The repossession of my truck, by GMAC, was also due to me falling behind on the payments after relocating. Since then things have improved dramatically. After relocating back to Wisconsin I am working 40 hours every week at $9.00 an hour. I also have made some sacrifices such as turning to a friends family to allow me to live there until I can secure my own place to live, and I am also sharing a vehicle with my friend to get to and from work everyday. I am asking for a chance to prove myself and get my credit scores back up to where they should be. My current plan is to get a series of small loans on Prosper that I am determined to pay back on time every single month, and get myself out of this mess once and for all. If you bid on my listing, I will not let you down. When I?m back on my feet, I?m hoping to become a lender myself and help others prosper as I help myself. Please help give me a chance to prove myself by bidding on my listing, thanks. This loan will help me get an apartment with a roommate, which will cut the costs in half, and move closer to my current job. $650 will be used towards half of my first and last months rent payment; $325 will be used to cover half of the security deposit (which is due at the time of lease signing and occupancy of the apartment); and the remaining $25 will go towards my first repayment on the Prosper loan. Here is my monthly financial details (these are all rounded up): Net income after taxes and payroll deductions from all sources: $1,150.00 Monthly Rent Payment: $325.00 (this includes Gas, Water and Heat, and split in half with a roommate) Phone Payment: $ 85.00 (split in half with a roommate) Electricity: $ 50.00 (split in half with roommate) Cable/Internet: $ 35.00 (split in half with roommate) Food: $ 75.00 Clothing: $ 50.00 Car Payment: $100.00 Car Insurance: $150.00 Other Expenses: $100.00 ============================= Total Montly Expenses: $970.00 Remaining income that I can use to make my monthly payments on the Propser loan: $180.00 Thank you for your consideration. |
