Thank you for viewing my listing. My wife and I are expecting our 3rd child in less then 6 weeks. Although we love our home, it is growing smaller and smaller with each new addition. We currently have two boys, 5 and 2. They are very active and don't have much room to run and play on our main floor. I started remodeling our basement but am running out of funds and do not want to turn to high interest credit cards as they never seem to get paid off. I am in need of some additional dry wall, insulation, carpet, paint etc. Once the basement is complete the boys will have a lot more room to run and play, besides the value it will add to our home!
