Thank you for viewing my listing. Let me start by saying that my credit score must be lower due to the Bankruptcy that we filed in 2002. I have since worked very hard to rebuild my credit and have not had any late payments on my Mortgage, loans etc. My wife of 8 years and I are expecting our 3rd child in less then 6 weeks. Although we love our home, it is growing smaller and smaller with each new addition. We currently have two boys, 5 and 2, needless to say they can be quit active. I started remodeling our basement but am running out of funds and do not want to turn to high interest credit cards as they never seem to get paid off. I am in need of some additional dry wall, insulation, carpet, paint and furniture. Once the basement is complete the boys will have a lot more room to run and play, besides the value it will add to our home! Below you will find a breakdown or our current monthly budget.
