Hi There,

The purpose of this loan is to consolidate my bills. I have been in the mortgage business for over 3 years and have made an average of $2700 a month after taxes. I had been working at Countrywide Home Loans, but have been on my own now since May of this year. I have my RE Licence and I am also a Mobile Notary. I currently have several loans in my pipeline now. My rent is $635 a month and I have lived there for 3 years as well. My car and insurance is $315 a month, utilities $85, phone $100, and my food and gas are near $400 per month. For school loans I have been paying about $65 a month. The rest is credit card debt. I have been paying about $500 per month. I would like to consolidate my bills Victoria's, Express, Macy's, and La Redoute which equal about $1100 all together and equal about $250 per month of my credit payments. If I could get a loan to consolidate my bills I would stop paying so much interest on these cards and reduce my payment to about $100 for a loan of $3000. That way I would have about $750 a month out of my paycheck and that is including my monthly payment of this loan. So as you can see I can easily pay back this loan, I could even pay it off sooner as I would like to do. The holidays are coming up and a new year and I would a like a fresh start.
