Purpose of loan: I'd like to get some of the credit cards paid off so that we start a snowball effect with lower interest rates and hopefully get the credit cards paid off in full in a few years. We have been working on paying them off, but it seems like we are not making as much of a dent as fast, because of the interest rates on some of them. My financial situation: My financial situation is stable. I have been at my current job for under a year, but previous employments were for almost 5 years and almost 10 years prior to that. Monthly net income: $ 6,000 We are also paying off student loans. With regards to the total credit lines, a number of them are due to my student loans which were consolidated, but the original loans are still showing as separate lines on the credit report. |
