I want this loan to finish the work on our new (used) house and eliminate the bills from our rental and convert to the new bills which are much smaller. I am currently paying for both my new used home and rent monthly where I live, while also buying materials bi-weekly. I want to finish my home and move within 1 month. I have a PR on my record. This was a huge mistake I made 10 years ago with my first home. I let someone else buy it without getting it in their name. The PR is for $21K but should be for about $14K since the home sold for $6K. I still wish to work on this to pay it off and clear it up when I am financially able. I also have 5 delinqs which are from 2001 to 2005. 2 are medical bills- kidney stones decided to give birth. 1 is a returned check, and I have disputed it as I have never had a returned check. 1 is a book club and I will take care of it now that I know what it is and 1 is an auto which I voluntarily gave back because of a failed promise to refinance at a lower interest rate.BEFORE PROSPER BUDGET My Income: $4500(after taxes) 250 tithes, 320 electric, 175 phone/dsl/dish, 110 cell, 70 water, 20 gas, 92.50 auto ins, 101.33 auto loan, 200 auto gas, 400 food, 1500 materials, 405 land payment for new home, 25 land electric. TOTAL Left Over= $4500 - $3668.83 = $811.17 Wife Contributes: $400 Rent, 111.32 life ins, 200 food= $711.32 AFTER PROSPER Income $4500 (after taxes) 250 tithes, 320 electric, 110 cell, 92.50 auto ins, 101.33 auto loan, 200 auto gas, 400 food, 405 land payment for new home, 186 Prosper Payment= Total Left Over= $4500 - $2044.83 = $2455.17 Wife Contributes- (We lose the rent payment) 111.32 life ins., 200 food= $311.32 Of the income left I plan to put atleast $1000 per month into savings, and $500 will go toward paying down debts on Credit Report and $500 toward a ?rainy day? fund. I will be posting the befores and afters of my home. You can already see that I have been tearing down walls and putting in new ones.
