Hello, I am a assistant housekeeping manager for a Marriott hotel. My monthly income combined is 2200.00 net. In 1999 I decided to try my hand in the real estate business, but with very little knowledge and dealing with a bad broker this quickly turned into a nightmare. This was the beginning of my credit problems I wound up way over my head and the properties were foreclosed (four total). I will be able to start having these removed from my credit report in April of 2007. In May of 2005 I started taking a closer look at my credit report and after a lot of communication with the bureau's and creditors I successfully had two negative items removed that were reported incorrectly. In August of 2006 I paid off a Judgment in the amount of 1500.00. This item still reflects as a public record on my credit report but I am in the process of having this removed.Loan Purpose:The purpose of this loan would be to consolidate payments that I am currently paying various collectors into one low monthly payment. The breakdown of the debts I am paying now is as follows:

After Prosper Loan Security Credit Systems = 887.98 (50.00 monthly) Boyer and associates = 1592.00 (150.00 monthly) Prosper loan = 50.29 monthly Total after loan= 250.29 The additional savings would go towards my other accounts,and allow me to pay those off sooner.

Consolidating my debt payments into one monthly payment would allow me to easily repay the loan, as well as have these items removed from my credit report sooner. The loan would be repaid via direct debit from my bank account.
