I?m 23, married for 4 yrs, 1 child. I have my new business from home and I make anywhere from $80-100 a wk. I do not have proof of income b/c im paid in cash.
My husband is 24 and has worked for the same company for 5 yrs. He makes $560 a wk and works overtime. He gives me $50 a wk. I can afford the loan.
EXPLANATION OF BAD CREDIT:Unfortunately my parents never taught me about saving money or the value of it. I started working at 15yrs old and my parents took most of my money, saying I had to put my part in the household, and that they were putting away money for college. They never did put away that money.
I left home at 18, I spent money w/o thinking. I only paid minimums on my bills and spent extra money. I finally learned that I needed to take control. So, I began paying off my debts.      I became pregnant, and because my job required a lot of physical work and was very hot, I left. I didn?t qualify for maternity leave b/c although I had been with the company 1yr, I hadnt worked for 1yr when I became pregnant. I tried to find a job, but I believe that once I was called for an interview and employers saw I was pregnant, they wouldn?t hire me.
I had to file bankrupt. My husband at the time was making less and could not afford both our debts/needs, and we had to move to a 2 bdrm. 6 wks after my baby was born I began work my shift was from 6am-3pm. My husband left for work at 3, but we only have one car, so, he was arriving at work late after taking me home. I had to quit. Since then he has started college, making it more impossible to drive me around.
I need a car to work. I want us to be on our feet. The best part is that this loan can help me rebuild my credit. I'm asking for a chance to prove myself and get my credit back up to where they should be. My plan is to get a series of small loans on Prosper that I am absolutely determined to pay back on time every single month and get myself out of this mess for good.
WHAT I WILL DO W/ LOAN: Most of the loan will be for a car. Our car needed work and that cost $2,000 we had saved. I also have a credit card at $200. I made the mistake of getting a one that?s supposed to help rebuild credit, I got approved for $300, and when I got it already had $250 in fees. I want to pay it off and close it. I will use Prosper to rebuild my credit.
MY MONTHLY FINANCES: Net income: $80 a wk from business (minimum), $50 a wk from spouse total: $520 A mon. Spouse's Income:$2240 a month w/o overtime.Total family Income $ 2560 a month at minimum.Rent:$700 Phone:$50 Mobile:$45,  Gas:$130    Food:$260  Elec:$20  Insurance:$60   Cable/Internet:$100  Clothing,child$150  Credit Card :$20 my credit card  Other: $800- $150 savings for child. $200,husband is paying his mom back for money she loaned him. The rest goes on his school expenses, his credit card debt. Total Monthly Expenses :$2215
Remaining Income for payments on loan:$345
I WOULD TAKE ANY HELP YOU CAN OFFER. I WILL LOOK FORWARD TO HAVING A CAR AND BEING ABLE TO WORK AGAIN. I PLAN TO KEEP MY BUSINESS. FOR THOSE WHO HELP, THANKS, GOD BLESS.
