Hello: My name is Rick and I need to consolidate outstanding bills and build my credit back.

REASON: My credit score went from 689 (B) to 539 (HR) because of delinquencies in medical bills and credit cards used for emergency cash.  I recently went thru a cauterization of my heart earlier this year and colon surgery due to an infection in June of 06. I fully recovered and feel 100% now after a rehab of around 5 months.

EMPLOYMENT: My business is back on track and I have a guaranteed income from a business I started and ran for 26 years in the recruiting industry- (www.stradtco.com) along with an income from investments and rental income. I also am a Lender and Group Leader (Southern Entrepreneurs) in Prosper.
MONTHLY INCOME INFORMATION:
Monthly income with commissions, rental income and payments from a prior business sale averages around $10,000 before taxes. I hold back $2600 a month for quarterly 941's. My bills total around $3400.before mortgage ($2641.79), which leaves me with about $1400 cash flow prior to the $210 for Prosper loan. I obviously have enough cash flow to pay the Prosper loan.

With this loan I plan to close these accounts balances:

 CURRENT CREDIT REPORT:

It is showing 8 DQ?s of which 7 are listed above and will be taken care of by this Prosper loan.
2- Public records last 10 yrs. One was a suit by a former tenant which was cleared up and the other was a BK in 1996 which was a total payback at 100% on the dollar- chapter 11 and for some reason still shows up.

Everything else is current.
