I am a hard working individual who ran up on hard times.  The reason that I have so many delinquencies on my credit report are medical collections from when my son was born.  My son was born with a genetic disorder that left us in the hospital many times.  Most of the past due accounts should be medical collections.  I was also laid off work this summer from a major mortgage company.  I am used to making 100k+ per year.  Last year I made 135,000. This year will be less than that due to the fact I was waiting on my current company to open in North Carolina.  My income potential is more than past years.  My financial liabilities are House 475 per month. Truck pymnt 631 per month and just the normal utitlity bills.  I had another truck payment that was on my credit with Toyota payment was 975 per month.  I have since traded that car in and purchased 1990 Honda Accord.  My bills are in a range that I can handle but I would really like to work on increasing my credit rating.  I am also in the process of selling my home.  I also have 2 small credit cards which total about 1k that I am looking to payoff with this loan to improve my rating.  I know from my credit past dues and things it looks like I cannot pay anything but I will gladly make the payments on this loan. The public record that shows on my credit is not a Bankruptcy.  It is a tax lien that has been satisfied.  Thank you ...Please let me know if you have any questions that I can answer.
