My name is Bill B. and I am a first year union carpenter apprentice. I am looking to buy my first home and would like prosper help me clear up some small debts I have and help with my down payment. I currently am working full time earning nearly $15/hr and will be making nearly $30/hr within 3 years. I have never had credit problems and am currently still building my credit. I am looking for a 30 year fixed mortgage with a considerable downpayment. A helping hand combined with what I am able to save should make me a home owner.
