Hello and thank you for giving me a chance. I'm a single bachelor of 31, with no dependences who lives in Layton, Utah. Over the past decade, I will tell you that I have been on a constant battle to correct some of the mishaps that occurred during my early twenties when I was first introduced into credit and responsibility. I have come a long way, and I'm happy to say that I have never, and will never file bankruptcy. Over the past 10 years I have worked diligently in paying of my debts and financing my way to graduating with a Bachelor in Business Administration, whereas I only 4 classes left! While earning my degree I have accumulated more debt, and given that I had a rough start out of high school, lend has been hard to come by. However, I do realize that I'm on an upward trend in reparing my credit rating so that someday I can buy a condo/home someday. Right now I live with my father who has been divorced for some time, and find that he is the best roommate I have ever had. I presently work the Albertsons (SuperValu) Distribution Center located in North Salt Lake as a grocery procurement buyer and have been employed with the organization for 5 1/2 years. My current position requires me to forecast and analyze historical data correlating to demand and supply curves on overrder over 2,000 items for 116 stores spread out among 6 six states, and manage an average inventory of three million dollars. I enjoy my job and have learned that to be successful, you literally have to "live it, breathe it, and eat it." Financially I'm sicken by the thought of some of my high interest loans, such as the post-dated check loan from CashCall...below is a breakdown of my finances so that you can determine if I'm a worthwhile canadate for your investment. | Credit Cards and Long Term Loans | | Account | Total Due | Monthly Payment | | Orchard Bank | $775 | $70 | | Merrick Bank | $1730 | $52 | | CreditOne Bank | $540 | $40 | | GE MoneyBank | $535 | $40 | | American Express | $700 | $15 | | Chase | $300 | $25 | | Capital One | $1290 | $70 | | Dell Computers | $1450 | $44 | | CashCall | $2850 | $217 | | Totals | $9395 | $503 | | Monthly Obligations | | Cingular Wireless | $49 | | Comcast Interent | $60 | | Car Loan | $464 | | Allstate Insurance | $98 | | Excel Gym | $27 | | Personal Expenses | $150 | | Gas & Maintainance | $150 | | Rent & Food | $305 | | Total | $1303 | | Combined Outflow Totals | $1806 | | Monthly Salary | $2257 | | End of Month Balance | $451 |
In conclusion I would like to thank you for your time in reviewing my financial situation. I would like to combine my credit card and long term loans for a more simplifed loan, and need your help to reach this endeavor. I am honest, responsible, and compassionate in all my actions. If you have any questions, simply drop me a line. Thank you. Joseph [LAST NAME DELETED] |
