My name is Brian I am the owner of Fashions 4 Less a business that sells Name Brand Shoes and Clothing through online auctions such as eBay, Ioffer, and others, as well as through local sales to retailers, flea market vendors, and family, friends.

I started this business Feb 2005, as a way to offer affordable Name Brand Shoes and Clothing to families at affordable prices, since there are many people especially kids who like these shoes, but there parents can not afford to pay the outrageous prices the stores charge. I started selling through word of mouth and my business has continued to grow. 

Purpose:
I want to use this loan to expand my business selling Shoes and Name Brand Clothing. 
I am a reseller of name brand shoes and clothing, at below retail prices, to make affordable for parents to purchase for there children.

I will use $600.00 to complete website design and setup for online store, and the remainder for promoting of the website through search engines and for auction listings to promote my business.

I am using an online drop shipper to fill orders from my auctions, by having my own website and inventory I will be able to offer faster service and better quality to my customers. 

My credit DTI is not correct as listed in my profile here on prosper, I have had previous credit issues 3 years ago, due to a terrible accident which left me out of work 3 months. I am now working hard to get back on my feet.  I have since this time paid off many of my bills, and I working hard to rebuild my credit. 

Repayment Ability:
My current income from my full time job is $33,000 per year with an additional $500 per month in residual income from my sales in Pre-Paid Legal. I am also a Loan Officer with Dimension Mortgage since 2005. 

I realize this loan will be an opportunity to rebuild my credit and to prove myself to the Prosper community, I will not let you down, I will work hard to repay this loan EARLY, half the time of 3 years, I will repay this loan with 1 ½ years, if not sooner. I assure you I take my responsibilities very serious, and you can rest assured your investment will be secure. 

I will become a lender with prosper in the very near further, and will give to those as I have received my blessing.
