I am a hard working woman with a stable career. I have been in my current position, as a Senior Analyst with a major insurance company for the past 15 years.

Unfortunately, I have recently run into some bad luck which has caused me to get behind on my bills. My husband was laid off a few months ago however since then he has found employment. Due to the setback we are living paycheck to paycheck. My husband lost his brother to pancreatic cancer and we had to borrow money from friends to travel out of town for his funeral.

My plans for this loan through Prosper are to pay off all of the delinquencies on my credit report so that I can rebuild my credit. There are currently 10 delinquencies showing up on my credit report. The explanation for the delinquencies is as follows:

1. $527 - RS Clark/EZ Cash Today - I owe this creditor. When my loan is approved, I will pay off this account.
2. $508 - Capital One - This account is currently 2 months past due because my husband was laid off. I will pay this account in full when my loan is approved.
3. $63 - Debt Recovery/Z-Tel Communications - I owe this creditor. When my loan is approved, I will pay off this account.
4. $918 - Drive Financial - I made payment arrangements with this creditor; once my loan is approved I will pay it off.
5. $139 - IC Systems/Bellaire Family Practice - This amount owed is an insurance dispute. I was told my insurance company that the doctor?s office has to submit another claim and this amount will be taken care of.
6. $1,849 Island National Group/Fingerhut - I have disputed this item on my credit reports, I have no knowledge of this account and I have never ordered anything from Fingerhut.
7. $9,871 Triad Financial - Our monthly payment is $515.92, this account is currently 2 months past due because my husband was laid off. I will pay the past due amount when our loan is approved and the account will be current.
8. $75 - West Asset/West Houston Medical - This amount owed is an insurance dispute. I was told my insurance company that the doctor?s office has to submit another claim and this amount will be taken care of.
9. $135 - Statewide Credit/Brylane Home - I have disputed this item on my credit reports, I have no knowledge of this account and I have never ordered anything from Brylane Home.
10. $549 ? Capital One - This account is currently 2 months past due because my husband was laid off. I currently have payment arrangements with this creditor.
