Hi, I'm looking to increase the ROI on my Prosper Lender Account. As you can see I'm doing pretty well on an ROI basis even though I have just started using Prosper. http://www.ericscc.com/index.php?page=allLendersByAmountInvested I'm am using a standing order (pictured) that filters out people with current late payments and only allows 1 late in the past. All the money will stay in the prosper account to fund further loans and I will be adding more. $6001 is the minimum loan amount. You can find out more about me here.... http://www.linkedin.com/in/kwaldman or google me -- I've been using the net since 1987. I am currently doing business consulting/software sales for a company called i2 Technologies - we are growing rapidly and have a great backload of work. In addition, my family and I live a very low key life style so burn rate is extremely low vis a vis income from my apartments, investments and savings. Investors -- adding a loan like this to your portfolio is a great way to reduce your own risk on Prosper. Best Regards Karl |
