Thanks for taking the time to read my posting. I am currently a grad student at a NYC Law School. Ever since I found out about prosper I have been intrigued with the idea. I already put in over $1,500 of my own money to lend to others. It is a great investment and I really can?t think of another investment vehicle that has such a great risk to reward ratio; especially if the lender takes extra care to investigate the borrowers before loaning money to them. My credit rating is C only because I received my first credit card only 2 years ago. What is important is that I have never been delinquent, ever!Also I have $10,000 in a money market account in cash so I would be able to pay this loan off at any time in full if I so desire. I am less of a risk than certain AA rating borrowers because I have very low expenses, and I have the cash to close out this loan at any time.
