Hello All,

My name is Patricia. I am 35, mother of 3, stepmother of 3 and devoted wife. I am a Project Specialist for Hewlett Packard. From 2004 to 2006 I was a contractor for HP making 28,000/year. After two years of proving myself they offered me a position and 45,000/year which has been effective since August. Therefore I don?t think my DTI is correct based on my new salary. My husband is a Network Manager in the Air Force. He has been enlisted for 18 years and his current salary is 48,000/year.

I am relisting because I was able to pay off one credit card/cut it up (Capital One $1200.00) and I now only need $1300.00 to pay off last couple of cards. First Premier - $500, Orchard - $500, Chase - $300.
I was able to pay off the Capital One card due to generous gifts from my family for my 35 birthday.

My husband and I had to maintain two households when he was stationed in another state for two years. He is now home but at the time we had to do what we could to keep both houses going. Unfortunately that meant using credit cards to the max that we would now like to pay off and have one payment to make each month. It would benefit us in improving credit score, interest, being able to cancel our credit cards and start saving to buy a house. I would like to pay this loan off in less than one year, increase my credit score and invest in the Prosper experience. It is also going to be nice to increase stewardship to our church and support Christian radio KLOVE with an increased pledge.

Due to Oklahoma law, the maximum APR is 21%. If I could, I would raise the APR knowing that this would generate greater interest, considering my credit grade. Any delinquencies noted are due to a time of unemployment (period of one month in 2004)and when I helped my brother once after the Oklahoma May 3rd tornado took everything he owned and again during and after his divorce.

The income below is based on my 45,000/year pay with Hewlett Packard. I have not included my husband?s pay of 48,000/year because we each contribute to a household account and the below statement is my portion.

As you will see, I can more than afford the payment.

Income after taxes $2849

Rent $350
Utilities $300
Cell Phone $75
Gas $100
Groceries $200
Entertain't $100
Daycare $400
Child lunch $30
Credit cards $200

Monthly Expenses $1755
Surplus $1094

A Prosper payment of $50 is very manageable. I intend to make larger payments in order to pay loan off faster and invest in Prosper. Payment will be automatically withdrawn each month from a checking account I have had for 10 years. My pay is direct deposited and my bank account is never without funds available.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact me through Prosper.

I appreciate any and all considerations and bids. God Bless.
