Hello, and thank you for looking through my listing.

I am a young woman with three beautiful daughters. My husband and I are currently trying to purchase our first home. However, I have found that my credit score is to low based on very little credit history. Apparently, the bank we used for our vehicle loans does not report to the credit agencies. I could and have been offered credit cards but I feel that the annual fees and interest rates are outrageous. I believe that I could do better with Prosper.

All of our personal vehicle loans are paid in full and have had a good payment history. My husband has had two vehicle loans and has only one left for business purposes.

I have been employed through a financial advisor for over four years now. And my husband works full time for the county sheriff?s department as a deputy and as a side business he owns a small construction company. He has been in both of these fields for over 10 years.

According to the Experian report I have a recent delinquency, this is not accurate and is being disputed. The listing of delinquencies are correct. The were several years old collections that will be off my credit report within the next two years.

I have only three debts, I pay on these on time and with larger that minimum payments.

These are 2 credit cards with a total balance of less than $1200 and a student loan which if asked I can provide the payment history on since I started making payments January of this year. The balance on this is >$4000.

I do not intend to pay these items off because we are able to do this now without trouble. My goal is to put another account on my credit report that will have a decent time frame for history. I will merely put this money into our savings account. Thank you for your consideration.
