Hi, I am a 24 year old recent college graduate. Burdened by credit card debt and student loans i am looking to purchase my first home within the next couple of years. I was lucky enough to get that perfect job after school, so on time monthly payments will not be a problem. If anything they will be paid off before 3 years. I have loaned two small amounts to other people on this site and would like to see how the other side works. Thanks |
