We are a family looking for some help to get us through the winter. We have a 4 year old, a 20 month old, and a 8 month old.

My husband and I started our own Air Conditioning company this past July.He has been in the field for 5 years making $50,000 to $60,000 annual income. From mid July to mid September we made $29,000 in income. Ofcourse that was not all profit, due to start up costs. We will be in the Verizon Yellow Pages in November and the Yellow Book next March. We have a small customer base but cannot start our heating tune ups until the weather gets cooler. We also work with three Home Warranty companies.

We have had credit issues in the past and filed Bankruptcy in 2002. We filed because my husband was continually laid off from his previous profession and because of that we became very behind on two car loans and credit cards. Since then we have been working very hard to rebuild our credit. We purchased our own home two years ago and we take great pride in never being late on any payments.

We have a different than normal situation so I can't exactly show you our monthly budget. We plan to use this loan to pay our mortgage in advance until next May. That will be $9000.00. We also plan to pay our health insurance in advance till next May which is $3500. A small portion will be used for advertising and the remainder will be put into savings for our family to get through til next summer. By paying our mortgages and health insurance in advance we will save over $2200 a month so we will easily be able to pay this loan payment. And then in the summer months we plan to either pay this loan in half or hopefully in full. The reason we are getting this loan is to lower our monthly expenses till next summer and make it through this winter with some peace of mind.
