Greetings! I am trying to obtain this loan on Prosper in order to help increase my credit score and build my credit history. I am already a B but would like to move that even higher. I have the cash in hand to pay off this loan immediately, so the default risk is zero, but I plan on lending the money back out on Prosper to help others in situations like me. I have never missed a payment. My DTI is high because much of my money comes to me in the form of cash gifts, small investments, and side work. As of right now my debt is just 1 credit card bill ($300) which is minimal, and paid in full every month on time. By asking for this $2,500 from Prosper, it pushes my DTI higher, but like I said, I do already have cash in hand to pay this off.
