The maximum loan rate for the State of Louisiana is 20%, so I must ask for at least this amount. I am requesting a loan of $2000 to purchase Visa gift cards for resale. I can purchase these Visa gift cards for a 30% discount of face value of the card.I will then go and resell the same cards for a 10% discount. I will make a profit of $20 per card sold. It takes me approximately 14 days to place an order, receive the cards, and resell them to customers. With this $2000 loan, I will be able to buy $3000 face value of the Visa gift cards.
