I'm a small business owner who currently runs a marketing company and an e-commerce business that specializes in baby products. Our primary website is www.sleepytimestore.com, which after a year in existence currently grosses well into the five figures monthly (my business partner won't let me give the exact figure). I also live in an affluent suburb that's unofficially known as "baby-town" because it's one of the best places in town to raise children (and I'll explain why that's relevant below).

When the time came to expand the company into larger office space, we also decided to open a retail storefront because, surprisingly, there are no stores nearby that provide a wide range of the premium baby products we sell. The online e-commerce business will still serve as the cornerstone of our operations, but we believe that the store itself will be quite profitable given the affluence of the area and our experience with this particular market.

This store, named after my daughter, is called "Lucie Claire--a baby and bedding boutique." If you visit lucieclaire.com, you'll see the bones of its new website, and I posted a mock-up of the site on my profile. (I've also posted one screenshot of sleepytimestore.com and another of our current Google rankings for our best-selling product.)

Why Prosper? Why now? I decided to run a listing to be able to quickly push through the final details of finishing out the storefront and to stock up on merchandise in advance of the Holidays.

The store will stay within the niche we've mastered with our sleepytimestore.com site: luxury baby blankets and bedding, diaper bags, baby furniture, and women's loungewear. Now that we have a brick-and-mortar store, we'll also have access to more exclusive product lines that typically are off-limits to e-tailers, and this will increase our offerings--and our profits--tremendously.

Finally, a bit more about me: I have a solid credit history with NO delinquencies. My credit score is a "D" now only because I've grown my business aggressively in the past few months and have chosen to fund expansion through personal capital, some of which came from credit cards and a home equity line. My business is very profitable, my salary is substantial, and, as you can see, based on my perfect record of on-time payments, I take my credit obligations seriously and manage my finances well. In my judgment, this as a low-risk, high profit loan.

Feel free to contact me directly: my mobile phone is [PHONE DELETED].

Thank you!
