Hello, I'm a mortgage broker in San Diego looking into prosper as an investment vehicle. I really don't need the money, and can repay this loan tomorrow if needed, but figure that since i will be lending a large amount of money, it would be good for ALL us lenders to know that prosper has the systems in place to collect our money in a timely fashion. I intend to reloan these funds out along with my own funds. I have excellent credit, a very low DTI, own multiple homes, and am NO risk to anyone. |
