I am happily married and have an 11 week-old baby girl.  The baby and I have a lot of fun watching football together.  I am a beginning Real Estate (R. E.) investor, looking to go full time.  I am supported by an experienced team including my R. E. attorney, my R. E. agent, and other R. E. investors.  Currently, the R. E. market is booming for investors.  I receive funding from banks via my mortgage broker, hard money lenders, private investors, and from my own capital.  I recently learned of this web site, and am simply seeking to have one more resource available to me.  

Here is what I'm looking for:  I want to build a database of loyal investors.  I want to be able to contact this database when needed, and rapidly fill my loan request, paying you 12% APR.  Since I only seek funding when I need it, I will pay the loan off in 2-5 months (though it will be amortized for 3 years).   Please contact me if you are interested in joining my database of investors - I want to get to know you!  When I need funding I will contact you ahead of time, to let you know when I am posting my loan.  I will select the option that funds the loan as soon as the amount requested is reached, so that you do not get out bid and receive less than 12% APR.  (If I have a correct understanding of how this service works). 

I DON'T WANT TO NICKLE AND DIME YOU, I want to have larger investors who are serious.  Currently, I am letting this loan request run for a full week so that more people may become familiar with what I offer.  When I contact my funding investors in the future I will fund the loan as soon as the amount is reached to make sure you get 12%.  Any questions?
