Sorry, I had to cancel my last listing because it was set-up to only run for 3 days.

My name is Dwayne [LAST NAME DELETED].  I was born and raised in , where I met my beautiful wife Brooke.  We moved to Round Rock, TX in 2002 due to me finding a good job after the fall of Enron.  In 2005 we finally bought a home and moved to where we currently reside.

I am currently employed at an ISO (Independent System Operator) as a Data Analyst.  I have been working here for 4 ½ years and my current monthly income is approx. $4400 after taxes and 401K contributions.  My wife?s monthly income is approx. $800.Our debt to be paid off by prosper is as follows:

(I try not to pay the minimum on any credit cards)

Capitol One - $300/16.15%/$15.00mo.
Orchard Bank - $300/17.15%/$15.00mo.
Paypal - $700/23.75%/$25.00mo.
Asset Management - $950/$100mo.
Wolpoff - $4000/$280mo.
?s - $2000/21.00%/$73.00mo.

Other Bills:Mortgage - $1572mo.
Utilities - $350mo.
Insurances - $275mo.
Tithes - $530mo.
Groceries - $300mo. - $400mo.
Car Payment - $260mo.

Free Money: approx. $700 - $800mo. (entertainment, misc. expenses, etc.)

My public record is from an ?attempted? bankruptcy in 2003.  We moved from to back in 2000 when the dot.com boom was taking place.  The company I was working for (which I won?t say) went bankrupt, and we decided to move back to .  To get back home we applied for several credit cards and loans from friends to get back home, but never really seemed to get back on our feet.  So, in 2003 we filed for bankruptcy in attempt to get a fresh start, but the court dismissed it, stating that we made too much money.  However, the filing will stay on my credit for 10 years as if it would have been approved.  In my opinion, that?s really not fair, but this is the country we live in and there?s really nothing I can do about it?I am still responsible for the debt.

If this loan is approved it will free up approx. $600 more per month, which will allow us to build up a nice savings account/emergency fund and take control of our outstanding debts once and for all.  Our dream is to only have a mortgage payment, insurance payments, and all other regular monthly bills (utilities, etc.).  After this loan is paid off, I plan apply for another one to fund my real estate investments, which will be paid off in a matter of months (tax liens/deed investments), as well as invest in other prosper.com borrowers.
